I’ve been in customer service for a while and on the register and I just open with ‘hello what can I get for you?’ bc irdgaf how they are Idc how you are. Who you are. I’m here to make money and nothing else… need this job to pay for shit Of course when someone asks me I’ll say ‘fine’ and keep it as dry as possible bc I’m just trying to leave Like I won’t be rude but I don’t want to talk to people. And I don’t want them talking to me It’s not bc I hate everyone I just have multiple severe anxiety disorders and I can barely function tbh I already limit my social interaction as much as humanly possible by not going out but if I HAVE to I will not entertain much of a conversation and I don’t see a problem with that. It’s how I’d want to be treated So I think that’s fair!!!
