Remember when I said that Jervis is one of the more physically affectionate rogues? This is pretty much how it goes for anyone he manages to get his arms even partially around.
He is especially clingy when he sleeps, be it to a pillow of a person, he needs his arms around something or he just can’t seem to drift off. The poor soul he grabs is stuck until he wakes up since he has a grip like a gorilla and sleeps like the dead. It doesn’t help that the Arkham staff tends to pump him with sedatives which leaves him in a nearly constant state of eepy ready to drop and nap for 16 hours straight.
The others have learned to tolerate, and in some cases, slightly enjoy having him trust them enough to cling to them. It’s especially welcome during the winter. Arkham get really cold and he’s a little human heater. :]
Sometimes Arkham is harder when you’re roomed with certain people. :/

Honestly as the very pale mom friend somebody has to make sure the group wears sunscreen and drinks water. I’ve learned from getting heatstroke at pride three times that you DO not want to be underprepared. So we salute Gotham Ridds and his preparedness. Cause you KNOW Arkham and Zero Year are the ones who get burnt because they insist and refuse to wear sunscreen and Dano and YJ are just unlucky.
I also burn very easily, so it would be nice to have someone around that keeps sunscreen on them at all times.
However, this is only helpful if you aren't too stubborn to accept it.
I would pay a lot of money for a comic about the rouges like how do they get along , what happens when they’re out of arkham, stuff that doesn’t necessarily focus on them as villains just them as characters (everyone but the joker he can choke)
Riddler: Tell me a secret.
Scarecrow: One time Tetch, who's all about not killing animals, accidentally stepped on a ladybug. He froze up and slowly cradled it in his hand, and he was so heartbroken she started quoting Hamlet.
Scarecrow: I didn't have the heart to tell him that it was a red M&M.
I want this game sooo badly now. You're evil
So I got a really stupid idea but it’s really complex so hear me out.
So I kinda wanna see a sequel to Arkham Knight where instead of playing Batman you switch between 4 children of Gotham Rogues, specifically Killer Croc’s daughter, Scarecrow’s daughter, Riddler’s daughter, and Joker’s son, and you play the whole game running from ARGUS and trying to defeat a mystery villain, all while trapped on the abandoned Arkham Island. The whole time Riddler’s giving them all help because his daughter’s trapped and also because Scarecrow threatened to kill him if any harm came to his daughter.
And each kid has special skills, both in combat and out of combat, so you don’t get too complacent playing one specific kid.
Croc’s daughter can breathe underwater for extended periods of time, making her ideal to get through underwater sections of the game, and she’s really strong, making her ideal for getting rid of big obstacles and stuff.
Scarecrow’s daughter can breathe in segments with poison gas and is the agilest, making her the natural choice for segments with stealth or climbing crumbling structures.
Riddler’s daughter is good with tech and wears goggles with something similar to detective vision, making her a good pick for segments involving breaking into locked off areas and segments requiring locating objects that are hidden from view.
Joker’s son is the smallest of the group, making him the obvious choice for climbing through vents and small areas. He also has a grappling hook (stolen from Batman in one of the previous games and given to him as a gift) so he can climb areas Scarecrow’s daughter can’t reach.
And as a DLC, there’s an updated version of the first 4 games where instead of playing as Batman, you’re using the switching mechanic as the kids, and there are updated voicelines where the rogues interact with their children and there are combat segments that are easier and harder depending on which kid you play as, not because of skillsets, but because the parents have different responses to fighting their own kids.
I dunno, it was an idea.
