second image i credit to my friends for coming up with things for me to draw. third is a drawing of nightlight and @limstelle’s (tumblr won’t let me tag) oc callisto in human form. fourth drawing is old but fits the theme.

my friend @bunkieprime drew me a rendition of human overlord and gave me permission to post it!!! first of all i’m OBSESSED with her work (he’s...so cool.... (♡‿♡)), but also i was inspired by it.

for some reason it made me think of a badboy highschool senior who skips class all the time, sticks gum under desks, and draws wieners in permanent marker on the whiteboard. so here's that overlord pressuring freshman nightlight into smoking LMAO

good question! she is not. she likes anything small. if she sees a spider she will attempt to make friends. earth spiders can’t hurt cybertronians, anyways.

however, there are some spiders she really should be scared of, for her own sake!

hm, good question! i don’t actually have a “canon” answer for this. i usually just keep that kind of stuff up to the viewer. whoever they want to ship or pair her with.

but in my opinion, nightlight would probably have a crush on someone who’s nice to her (genuinely, or at least acts like it), and has level emotions. like soundwave or, i find myself thinking she’d really be fond of dreadwing!

i also think, when it comes to immediate appearances, she’d have a certain weakness.

i wonder what it is.

for some reason i rarely draw nightlight with negative expressions. she isn’t the type to show negative emotions around others (or, she tries). i think i should do that more.

good question! i had never really thought about this before…the beast wars style is something i haven’t done before so this was fun to draw.

anyways, her name would be nightblight, and she’d be a fruit bat. 

I would love to see more Rumble and Frenzy being friends with Nightlight. Like they try and teach her to be meaner.
