Writing tip.

Plan out your mysteries before you right them, please plan out the clues, twists, red herrings, and general plot. Make sure it all makes sense in the grand scheme of things so that your readers can draw the conclusion you want them too. I’m telling you that you need to plot out your mysteries. You know what everyone who asked me the question “What do you wanna be when you grow up?” I take back my answer.

My answer is no longer “I wanna be happy” or “I wanna be okay”

I want to be the person that you wanna scream when you see me but just silently smile of pure and unparalleled fear.

I am so fucking tired but I don’t feel tired I just feel like a fucking duck and I don’t know what that means I just feel like a duck, I really don’t understand what duck feels like other than this is it, I am a duck right now

Ok so this isn’t a tip but I do find this important. Please don’t romanticize kidnapping and stalking or at least if you do please note that such activities aren’t, in reality, romantic. I have been around so many people who have copied such actions or have not been able to recognize the danger because stuff like obsession, possessiveness, and generally unhealthy habits have been so heavily romanticized. I’ve even had friends who have been stalked and yet not realized it because of these sorts of things! Please be aware of the messages your putting out through your work and don’t promote dangerous activities!

They came out pretty good.

Not that the detective is bad at solving crimes, far from it in fact. However they’re such an idiot in literally EVERYTHING else to the point where the demon is surprised they’re not missing limbs and much more surprised they’re not dead by now. Like stupid enough to the point where he’s been kidnapped (white van, promise of candy and all), lost all of their money to scammers twice, and almost died cause they couldn’t solve 3^2.

A detective and a demon are a crime solving duo. However, the demon is bound to the detective, and only helps because the detective is an idiot.

Another dnd update!

One of my players has to explain in character how they killed their ex and how said ex not knowing that they were killed BY them and coming to find them because they believe they’re still dating is awkward because they are currently dating someone else.

Tumblr is the one site where I am HEAVILY confused at what the formalities are. I know that there is some form of etiquette on this site yet after a year or two of being here I have no fucking idea

If someone asks you “How many bodies do you think you could bury there?” you should not start counting.

You also shouldn’t follow up by giving an exact number.
