post island jack asks ralph if he ever looked up at the moon and wondered if jack was looking at it too and ralph tells him to kill himself
Da fuc
you’ll get back all right
Bible study with pre-island Jack and Roger :0 !!!
Made really quickly at school today! I think I have to really fix how I draw them, they don't look like children.
you know how I said Simon loves bugs? he also eats them sometimes. it’s an impulse thing. he can’t help it
Lotf headcanon!:)
(Okay I relate to this, I hate bugs but when I was 6-8 I'd eat them. Like really small bugs, and I one time accidentally ate a butterfly)
Roger
jack merridew the type of guy to purposely step on his friends shoes when walking behind them. NEVER walk in front of this psycho
What interesting beings from outer space
Simon is an odd character because he’s someone who genuinely loves humanity, but has had to deal with the oppressive fact humanity doesn’t love him
We see him go out of his way to be kind. But we also see the toll it takes on him. He gets mad, he has to force isolate himself, he actively doesn’t like people.
He’s not really the soft boy the fandom think he is, but he’s still at his heart genuinely kind.
Narratively, he’s supposed to be a foil to Jack and Roger. He’s someone who does love without condition and innately. Not to get something out of people, and not because of social training. But we also see vague hints of a sort of resentment towards the other boys because of course there is.
While yes, Simon is a stand in for Jesus, he’s still human and still a preteen boy. He laughs and jokes and plays and gets mad
Innately and purely, Simon is human, and a study of the condition of thus.
what would have happened if there wasn’t a boat that day?.. nothing good for our Ralphie that’s for sure!
