Whenever I start writing a new story, I'm always super hesitant to post anything about it because I'm never sure if I'm gonna finish it. I have literally a dozen half written stories with 50+ words in them

Anyway, last post of this memes collection; I got tired and I’ll be off Tumblr for a while. I had a pretty realistic dream with this app and others, and these dreams usually are predicting my future, so to avoid bad things to happen I’ll uninstall them 👍🏽 idk how much time I’ll be out, but I hope u won’t forget me when I come back lmao.

Translated from Martrakoji (my fictional language), it means: “Maivtre, protect us. Don’t bring your wrath.”

As said in some posts ago, Maivtre is the goddess and queen of Martra. “Maivtre” isn’t exactly a name, but a title passed down generation.

The current Maivtre isn’t on her sanest moment of her life, lol. It’s not entirely her fault, tho…

The style was inspired by @astrono77153462, I don’t know what social media cuz I found their drawings on Pinterest.

I love how tumblr is so friendly. I don’t see people hating here, like in X/Twitter.

I’m not a shapeshifter, but Sylris (my OC) is, and despite he not liking to expose his abilities, he made an exception for you only:

- Can you change your brain/other organs?

“Only if I have an extensive knowledge of how these organs work. The brain is too complex, with neurons and regions that change depending on their function. It’s not good to try changing it, as it can be a failure and cause an irreversible modification.”

- If you can change organs, if you had a lung cancer, could you shift your lungs to lungs that don’t have cancer?

“Yes, if I make an autopsy on a healthy lung.”

- What parts of your body do and don’t count as the shapes you shift?

“All of them count, including minor parts, such as nails, eyelashes, pores… This is why I can’t change to any shape I want, but only those I had studied a lot. It is a long journey.”

- Can you change your brain cells?

“As explained previously, yes, but I prefer to not do it. It is hard enough to understand how animals’ brains work, I rather don’t spend more time trying to change my brain if I am satisfied with it.”

“In resume, being a shapeshifter from my world requires you to be extremely disciplined, patient and dedicated. I was writing a random angst scene with Kenyan and Hiélo, but I didn’t know what word I should use, so I Googled it.

“Turned on his heel”, was it, but I just can’t take this seriously ☠️ I dunno why, but when I read it, I always imagine someone spinning on place, then leaving. So it goes like this:

Woohoo, “angst” is Kenyan’s middle name and it’s impossible to don’t show it in her relationships 💔 she loves Hiélo a lot, but she worries she might be using him just for comfort.

(I didn’t even bother to paint the comic cuz I knew it would be so lazy done that would be worse.)

PEOPLE I FOUND AN OLD SKETCHBOOK OF MINE! It was literally molding in an ottoman box at home, thus the stains on the pages 😀

The objective was to make drawings in one color, but I stopped midway (haha, what a surprise). It had the green and orange ones too, but I didn’t take a pic and now the sketchbook is somewhere on the trash.

And I liked the dark blue the most <3

The Souls Won’t Come Back

It was a painting I made for a contest about environmental issues. (I got 3rd place 🥳) if I’m not mistaken, it was around 28” (70cm) tall, and it took me two days (I guess) to make it.

This bird skeleton was hard to do, but it ended up really cool (yes, I realized my vocabulary resumes itself in “cool” and “really”)
