Been getting a higher frequency of migraines lately. More anxiety + more insomnia = more migraines, and they're both triggers for me. Becomes a bit of a vicious cycle. Tried to make it through a work day but had to bail at halftime today. I came home to do a gentle yoga and meditation practice and got some help from one of my furry friends. She pretty much refused to get off of me. I think she believes that if she sits on me I'll feel better.
