For those of you who haven’t been following me/7U, hello! I’m an amateur theatre songwriter, and since last fall, I’ve been writing a Fringe-esque full-length musical adaptation of The Umbrella Academy Season 1 (with key bits of influence from the comics). With 90% of the score written, much of America still shut down, and Season 2 slated for July 31st, I thought now would be the time to throw together a polished album, reading, or series of videos of the material as a collaborative fan-filmy project!
I’m currently seeking folks with experience in singing/acting, media production, editing, music supervising, etc. to workshop this with. Here is a link to a Google Drive folder with rough demos of the first two songs as well as the corresponding pages in the current script so one could get a feel for the tone.
