My Brain: yeah you should, okay I will allow you. I want to write the next chapter of Masquerade.
My common sense: *coming out of the shadows covered in sticky notes* Y-You are going back to work?! Just a warning the sequel to Sunday Tea with The King is now on the, "it may never see the light of day" list.
Me: okay, you need a vacation. Me and brain will rough draft it, and call you back when it's done to edit it.
My Common Sense: O-okay, just in case here are is your schedule and notes.
My Brain: *being smushed by all the folders and sticky notes* huh, we are packed in notes aren't we. Also I'm move the posting schedule onto our calendar, cause that should free some space for me to summon more ideas.
Me: okay I had a two day break, what do I need to write?
my common sense: you need to work on the next chapter of masquerade, the sequel of sunday tea with the king, and maybe if you finish those quickly you could work on one of your wips, but that is very unlikely.
my brain: heyyyy, you know that song that you have been listening to for a day on repeat?
Me: Yeah?
my brain: great cause you have to change your idea for the sequel of STWTK, Kay?
Me: *looks over the idea* I really like this lets do this!
My common sense: well you you weren't having fun with the original idea anyway. so okay.
My brain: YAY!
Me: wait did we just agree on something? also this is a prequel.
