idea for an AU that I just had and which I probably won't delve into but here it is, green goblin is a thief recognized worldwide for stealing the most expensive works of art in the world just to demonstrate the poor security of the places that protect them, the Dr.Otto Octavius and his partner agent Peter Parker try to catch him after he stole the Mona Lisa
