At bars, people who order “chasers” after their shots are ordering something to wash down the taste of their shot with. This can be juice, soda, more alcohol, or even pickle juice

Most people can’t finish an entire fifth of hard liquor (vodka, etc) on their own without being very ill

Something that took forever for me to learn with fanfiction dialogue.
it’s okay to make your character stumble over, and to think about their words.
It’s okay to give characters speech patterns and let me tell you why;
Every single person has a speech pattern. We all speak differently, we speak like our personalities and it’s a good way to get to know a character.
Something I’ve noticed in YA books in the characters speaking without filler words like ‘well’, ‘anyway’, ‘like’, ‘literally’.
And remember: it’s okay to use these! Make your dialogue more realistic, and more human!
Sometimes, people talk slower, and have to think about what they want to say.
Sometimes, people stumble over their words because they’re anxious.
Sometimes, people talk really fast and blur their words together because they’re afraid to forget what they want to say!
Selective people prefer not to talk at all, and like to stay mute for their own safety or comfort, and the best you can do is respect them for choosing it.
It’s okay to use phrases like, ‘yknow’, ‘uh’, ‘uhm’, ‘mhm’ because it’s how we speak in the real world.
It’s okay to have characters hum in thought, or use their body to portray that they’re thinking!
Some people fiddle with something in their hands while thinking!
Some people bite their lips in thought.
Some people hum under their breath while they think.
Silent ways of telling the reader that your character is thinking words that they’re not ready to say yet!!
It’s okay to have your character repeat words and or phrases when excited and when they can’t contain it! Sometimes, we just get so excited, that we aren’t thinking about how many times we say things.
It’s okay to write a character repeating themselves, especially if they want to get their point across to someone/if someone didn’t understand their point in the first place.
Non-verbal replies!!!
Shrugging of the shoulders, incoherent mumbles, hand gestures, use the power of writing to describe a reply or phrase with facial expressions, or physical movement!! Silence is okay too, if it’s needed!
Silence can speak just as much as words!
Dialogue is important.
Dialogue that flows and is human is i m p o r t a n t!!

- get at least 7 consecutive hours of sleep. I've found if I go to sleep and then wake up back for a couple hours and then finish the 8 hours I feel I incredibly unrested. I keep myself accountable by using pokemon sleep which has a great alarm, so I'm looking forward to trying this instead
- read or listen to an audiobook for 30 minutes. literacy is a muscle, and using it is important, but sometimes I can't just sit down and read a book, and audiobooks are great for when I'm cleaning or cooking or folding laundry
- get sun daily. humans are a lot more like plants than you would think and so it is important to get some sun, even when it's a wintery sun that's cold or when it's a blazing furnace. Since I have some mental health issues and am unable to go outside im going to at least open my curtains, and if possible, crack a window to get some fresh air
- start a hobby you can enjoy. this one can be difficult because a lot of things require some sort of financial investment. for me, my hobbies for these six months is going to be writing and annotating books. but being creative is great for the human mind.
- learn to be comfortable alone. honestly this one will be difficult. personally, I live in a studio. privacy is nothing i experience, butthe little moments where you find yourself escaping with TV playing or music pause it and sit with yourself, how else can you learn to love someone if you avoid them 🥰
- meditate daily. this will be something I struggle with so much, but I'm going to try in the mornings since that's my peak time <3 and that's when I plan on doing a yoga flow during the sunrise
- eat healthy nutritious food. I hate cooking and I hate eating. having autism can make these really difficult for me to do, but I'm really really trying. I started the week before last to work on figuring out what snack foods I can prep, and now i just need to work on planning out some meals.
- positive affirmations everyday. I really struggle to have positive self talk because it feels so awkward and uncomfortable because I've been pessimistic for so long, but I want to change that ^^
- reduce screen time. this is going to be specifically targetting mindless scrolling for me. I have a tiktok account that I use for motivation, same with my tumblr account, and I also read on my phone and use my sleep app that I need to keep open at night.
- practice gratitude. my goal is to at night reflect on the day to try and find the good. I already reflect on my days and pick a mood, but I want to create lists of things i am grateful for, especially while I'm in between jobs.

I think people tend to assume their mood is what will improve after trying coping techniques, however, your mood is not the full extent of your mental health, and it doesn’t totally define whether or not a technique has helped you. When disorders cause symptoms like chronic emptiness and low mood, it’s worthwhile to pay attention to your body and your abilities to look for signs of improvement, which can then have an affect on your mood in the long term.
ASTRA'S BEST ADVICE: a long post (summary at the bottom)
THE BEST ADVICE I CAN OFFER:
Stop learning and start applying. I cannot tell you how many months I spent scrolling through LOA websites and blogs, searching for that magical bit of advice that would everything suddenly click into place. Spoiler: you won't find it outside of yourself. There is no catch-all tidbit that will make everything fall into place for you. You have to persist. You have to affirm. You have to simplify the process for yourself. Find that magic inside of yourself. Have fun little conversations with your subconscious, identify your fears, and confront them head-on. It'll make you feel way better, and your manifestations will come way quicker. So start applying! Get off of tumblr and google and wherever the hell else and get out there! If you spend forever in the learning phase, you won't get to the doing (or teaching!) phase. You have to take what you know and apply it. You've studied for the test all you can, and now you're going to rock it! Take the test, pass with flying colors, and live your dream life. That's all up to you, babes.
Also! Simplify the hell out of whatever you're trying to do. For me, manifesting an SP was my Everest. I would affirm and persist and think about him from the perspective of already having what I want, but there would be no movement in the 3d. I was frustrated and angry and I couldn't possibly understand what I was doing wrong. Then, one day I decided to manifest something small: a turtle. As I was driving to school, I told myself that today, I would see a turtle somewhere. I didn't care if it was real or fake, a photo or a video, hell I probably would've taken a turtle sticker as my desire. I went through my first few classes and kinda forgot about it. I affirmed whenever I thought about it, but that was all. Right after first period, I went to meet with my advisory, and there was a turtle on the screen. The teacher in the class beforehand had been playing music for his class, and there was a turtle in the music video. When I tell you I stopped in my tracks and got full body chills, I mean it. The next day I manifested a red balloon. And then a purple jacket. I was on a roll, man. But every time I would try to manifest my SP, there would be absolutely no movement. I was overcomplicating the helllllll out of it. It took me forever to realize it, but manifesting an SP is the same as manifesting that turtle. I needed to stop treating this like it was the biggest thing ever. There aren't levels of hardness when it comes to manifesting. Manifesting a pebble is the same as manifesting an SP or your desired face. The only thing that changes during the process is how you feel about them. So I stopped being frustrated. I stopped playing the victim. I stopped being in a state of lack. I affirmed for my SP just as I had done the turtle. And guess what? Your girl's taken. And he's everything I ever could've dreamed of. Maybe even a little better.
As for shifting! You have to realize that you are in control. Stop hoping to shift, or acting like some divine intervention has to swoop in to let you shift. You are in control. You decide when and where you shift. It's as simple as that. I, at one point, was in a circle of try to shift - wake up in your CR - get upset. It was awful, and completely unnecessary. You have to realize that all the power is in your hands.
If you're where I was and you're kind of stuck in a "I don't think I can do this" mindset, and the idea of completely reversing that sound really daunting, you don't have to do that. Simply think of your favorite shifter, or just any person who has successfully shifted. Now I want you to adopt the mindset that "If they can do it, so can I." There is nothing about your mind that is different from that shifter. Whatever they can do, you can do it just as well. You have to realize that shifting is a different journey to the same end goal - but the end goal is the same. Everyone just has different ways of getting there. You can do it because other people have done it. Don't be envious or jealous of them, use it as fuel. If they can do it, so can I.
Lastly, don't restart every day. Let me explain: one day you decide you want to manifest your desired appearance, so you affirm and you visualize and you do whatever method (if any) that makes you happy. You wake up the next morning, see no change, and decide that today you're going to "start over." Please. For the love of God. Don't do that. If you wake up with a new attitude every day, you will run in circles. If you see something you don't like in the 3d, no you didn't. Affirm, and most importantly, persist. Know what you want is already yours. Don't let go of that first decision to manifest. Keep that fire going. Let it burn until you're living the life you deserve.
TOO LONG, DIDN'T READ: A SUMMARY
✮ Stop learning and start applying. get off of tumblr and go manifest. There is no one magical bit of information on the internet that will make everything click into place. You've got to find that magic in yourself. You've studied hard for the test babe, so go ace it.
✮ Simplify the hell out of whatever you're trying to manifest. Manifesting a pebble is the same as manifesting an SP or your desired face. The only thing that changes is how you feel. So why make things harder on yourself?
✮ Know that you are in control. Always. You are the one who decides when you shift. No divine figure has to do anything for you. You hold the power. Rest easy in that knowledge and decide. Shifting is as simple as blinking an eye and being somewhere else. But only if you believe it is.
✮ Adopt a "If they can do it, so can I" mindset. Don't waste your time trying to fabricate an entirely new mindset that you only half-believe in. Instead, think about your favorite shifter. Think about how easy shifting is for them. Now remind yourself: "If they can do it, so can I." And live that.
✮ Don't restart your progress every day. Persist. Don't wake up every morning and decide to "restart." If you see what you don't like in the 3d, affirm against what you see. Be delusional (trust me, it's fun). And, most importantly, persist! Don't be a manifesting goddess one day and the victim the next. Live that power. Live it until you see it.

one of the biggest problems i see is giving up on methods because "they don't work". the main reason why law of attraction is still in business is because the people who use it, persist in the assumption that 3x6x9 method works & it works quickly! same for staying on high vibrations & letting go, they persist in that assumption and method.

first, establish your preferred method(s) of manifesting. whether it's affirming, scripting, visualizing, subliminals, etc. we're going to work on our concept of it.

make a recording of your voice affirming that subliminals work instantly for you, subliminals work instantly every single time.
search for a subliminal that helps with your concept of subliminals.
THE KEY IS TO SPEND TIME WITH YOUR METHOD(S)!!!
use this to your advantage. while you do this, use your method to manifest thing throughout the day. add this into your life, use your power! you have the ability to get whatever you want, use your desired method to do that for you. short post but it gets to the point.

I thought of a really fun and easy way to get a bad ass mindset, live in the end AND manifest fast af! 💕
I want you to go on a mental diet but with a twist 🖤 Basically just pay attention to your thoughts and if you get a thought that’s the opposite of what you want, affirm the opposite of that 3 times! 💗💗💗
For example: Let’s say I’m manifesting a small nose but I see it in the mirror and go “It’s not working! My nose is still huge!” Not a problem ;) Because we’re going to affirm the opposite 3 times because we’re on a mental diet 💗 “My nose is so small” “My nose is so tiny” “I have the tiniest nose in the world” 💗
So right now we’re on our new mental diet and we accidentally think “Why aren’t I seeing anything I’ve manifested? What am I doing wrong?” Time to flip that negative thought THREE TIMES! 💕🌈💕 “Are you kidding me? I SEE EVERYTHING I WANT!” “I’m so good at manifesting” “I am doing everything right, all of my desires are already here”
Or … “Damn this skirt is so expensive. I wish I could afford it.” “What do you mean you wish you could afford it? I could buy 10 of them if I wanted to.” “I am so rich.” “I can afford to buy anything I want.”

How I Manifest
Step 1: Choose a desire
It can be whatever I want. It can be a trillion dollars, celebrity sp, desired face, a new life, time travel, literally anything. I know I am limitless and I deserve everything so I never hesitate to get what I want!
Step 2: Create my rules
I believe everyone is different and manifest in various ways. Certain techniques may not suit everyone, as there is no right or wrong way to manifest! That is why it is important to make your own rules and decide what works well for you.
My rules are:
-My manifestations always show up instantly or within 24 hours
-Limiting beliefs don’t exist
-I can have whatever I want.
-Nothing can stop my desires
Step 3: It is done
The moment I decide my desires are mine, creation is finished. I know that no matter what, my desires always show up quickly. I embody the mindset of already possessing my desires and know that it is already mine, my imagination is the only confirmation I need.
Step 4: PERSIST
I don’t let anything stop me. I know that I am in control and persist in the mindset of wish fulfilled. If I see something against my desires I just go like: “Nope that does not exist anymore” and move on. If I get frustrated or angry, I let my emotions out and I know they literally have zero impact on my manifestations since it’s already done. Nothing can ruin my manifestations unless I say so.
And voilà! That’s it. I get my desires quickly and it is sooo easy!
Manifestation reminders ☆
Hello luvs! This is a reminder post specially if you're finding it hard to manifest, over consumed information and now you don't know what to do, constantly spiraling, having hard time believing the law, seeking validation from 3D and many other kinds of problem.
One thing I want to tell you guys first that, it's okay. It's truly okay. We all have been there. Your emotions are absolutely valid. So what I want you to do is relax for a bit. Take some deep breaths and make your mind and body calm. Now, let us get onto the reminders:
Law of assumption is working for everyone. Yes, it is working for everyone. Baby, this is a law. It isn't something only few people are gifted with. This isn't a theory or conspiracy either. This law is working for every single person on earth and you're no exception.
Your assumptions form your reality. If you assume something then it will harden into a fact and that's what will be shown in your 3D reality.
You are the god. You are the god of your own reality. You can control your reality however you like. Realize your power and use it in your favour.
You create your own rules. As I said, only you have the power over your reality so you can make your own rules. Any other rules don't matter. Make rules that work on your favour.
You are limitless. There are infinite realities so that means there are endless possibilities. Just choose whichever reality you would like to experience. Your mind is powerful enough. Don't limit yourself. Nothing is 'bigger' or 'harder' to manifest.
Logic doesn't matter. Don't bring logic in your manifestations. Stop questioning yourself. You should realise logic has no power over you,only you have power over yourself and you can bend the 'logic' however you want to.
Circumstances don't matter. No matter how opposite your current reality is from your desired reality, remember that it's malleable. Apply the law and see how your circumstance changes in your favour.
Let go of the old story. I know it can be really hard to just forget everything but think about it like this, persisting the old story and worrying about it isn't helping you with your manifestations. Moreover it is hindering your manifestations instead. To change your current reality, you have to change your current assumptions.
Persist in your new assumptions. As I said, it's the law. If you persist in a new assumption then it has to solidify into a fact and it has to show up in your 3D. Don't give up on persisting on your new story.
Anything is possible. There is nothing you can't do. Anything and everything is possible. You just have to assume and believe that it is possible. Yes, you have that much power in yourself.
Creation is finished. Everything you desire is already yours. No one has the power to take it away from you.
Time isn't linear. You can get whatever you want, whenever you want. If you want something now then you can get it now. Time lag or any kind of waiting period doesn't exist. You don't have to experience a bridge of events for you to get your desires. Actually time isn't real at all. Don't worry about it.
You don't have to take action. When I say you don't have to take action for you to get your manifestations, I mean is that you don't have to take action in your 3D reality for you to get something you want. If you have enough trust in your power then you will get your desires without putting in any effort. The only 'action' you need to take is that you need to change your assumptions to match your desires. That's it.
Stop complicating manifestation. It is very easy. Just change your assumptions and persist in those assumptions. That's it.
Stop comparing your manifestation journey with other's manifestation journey. Never compare your manifestation journey with other's journey. Never think that you must be doing something wrong because they got their results already and you didn't. Remember that you are the creator of your reality. You make the rules. Just because someone did a certain thing that doesn't mean you have to do that too in order to manifest. Just do whatever you like.
Stop putting your desires on a pedestal. There is nothing called 'small' or 'big' desires. All of them are equally easy to manifest.
There are infinite realities. As I stated before, infinite realities mean infinite possibilities. Whatever reality you would like to experience already exists. You just have to choose which one you would like to experience and change assumption according to it.
You can't stop the process of manifesting. We are manifesting every second. Basically we are shifting every single second. Our thoughts/assumptions creates the 3D reality. So you can't stop this process. That's why just control your thoughts/assumptions, acknowledge your power and use it in your favour.
Stop giving outer sources power. There is nothing called karma, destiny, fate, divine timing, universe, astrology, tarot cards etc. You are the only creator.
Failure isn't an option. You can't 'fail' to manifest something. If your thoughts/assumptions are focused on your desires then there is no way but to get your manifestations. You will get your desires. Keep your thoughts/assumptions in check.
Everyone is you pushed out. Every person in your reality is acting on your assumptions. So you can change it however you like. You can change someone's thought, behaviour, beliefs etc. No, they don't have a free will in your reality.
Methods aren't important. Methods are just tools for manifesting. It helps you to make your manifestation journey more fun. But that doesn't mean the method itself is powerful. They don't hold any power. You do.
Trust yourself. Just have faith in yourself and your power. Know that you already have your desires and truly believe in it. Stop looking for validation from the 3D.
Work on your self concept. I kid you not, it can help you with all your problems. Things like spiraling, doubting your power, feeling like your manifestation is taking too much, feeling like failure, thinking manifesting is hard etc. It can truly help you with all of those things and more. It will truly help you realize your powers. Manifestation will seem so much easier.

i decide i have what i want…
when i feel anxiety -> i let it pass while knowing its only a human reaction
◦ since i am beyond just a human (i am limitless imagination/self), i know any anxiety is below me and it has nothing to do with my limitless self. i have exactly what i decided i have, regardless of any anxiety.
know anxiety usually comes from a fear of failure
◦ so, i cannot limit myself based on what i see or what i negatively assume my future will look like bc i am always beyond the 3d, no matter what feelings/anxiety my human self experiences.
◦ i become indifferent/i dont care about what i see or what i assume i will see because i know everything comes together in the 3d once i change self/know its done. fact: everything always comes together and works out in the end. being indifferent to the 3d = being indifferent to emotions, anxiety and everything that doesnt serve you.
dont fight it, dont avoid it, tackle it head on
◦ acknowledge you are experiencing anxiety bc you are. yes it can feel like shit but it doesnt have to affect who you are being (whatever version of self you are embodying). again, i can choose to be indifferent to this anxiety. you dont have to be scared of the anxiety. it is a natural human response. cry if you need to, let it all out. dont try to suppress it bc that will only come to bite you back in the ass, believe me.
◦ take care of your mental health in whatever ways necessary. when i used to experience anxiety, i used to take walks in the park, clear my head, meditate, express myself and my emotions through art and journaling, etc. remember nothing you do (or feel) in the 3d has to affect who you are being/your state.
"how can i still have anxiety yet still be a desired version of me?"
anxiety has no affect on anything unless you allow it to change your identity. you are the one with power, the anxiety is only an experience, similar to breathing in oxygen and using our sense of touch; its all neutral. when you start surrendering to the anxiety, you are creating and accepting negative stories that you create based on the feeling of anxiety. allowing that anxious feeling to change your state/identity is surrendering to something you view as more "powerful" than you. stop transforming that anxiety into a state that you embody based on the false, negative stories u imagine.
remember a 3d experience or anxious feelings doesnt have to influence who you are being. an example: a model who knows (fulfilled) that she is graceful and beautiful can have anxiety about doing her catwalk. the anxiety is normal, she can experience the symptoms of anxiety (shortness of breath, dry mouth, shaking) but her core identity/state is still a graceful model. the anxiety is only a temporary feeling. usually when we experience these feelings, they occupy all of our attention in that moment which is why it seems so scary but in reality, its not that big a deal. know that anxiety is just a feeling. you are safe. you can still experience shitty feelings while knowing you are a bad bitch!
you dont always identify with everything you experience. for example, a lot of people experience good things and still identify as people who are unworthy of good things. so its really up to you to choose what to identify with.
i know my only job is knowing its done
◦ if i just decided its done, as the operant power, as i say goes, therefore its done. so my job is done. anxiety is part of the 3d, not my limitless self, imagination. so i can be indifferent and experience it without identifying with it, the same way people manifest what they desire while experiencing their shitty circumstances daily (because they do not identify with those shitty experiences).
◦ ive heard/experienced situations were we know its done yet we cried and felt like shit, and what we wanted still manifested into the 3d. bc anxiety is only a feeling. do not allow your feelings to take hold of your state, but if it does, its never the end of the world... just get back in the state. 3d shit/anxiety doesnt have to intervene with who you are being/what you identify with.

HOW TO MANIFEST EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN SECOND!!!?
not more, not less. stop making your desires so big deal. they are you, you are them.
SATS x LIST VOID METHOD
How are my shifters doing🤪,hard time entering void? Here is a method I found unintentionally.
🔗.Make a list on your note pad or on a page and write down your desires one by one also you can write some of your desires like having free food and entering void.
🔗.Now imagine a scene where you are cutting or whatever you like to do after your wish is done as a sign that wish had been done.
OK trust me in this,I was seeing alot of list method in twitternit exactly this so I wanted to experiment. I have always wanted to astral project but I had this fear that I might see a ghost.
So I made a list of thing I wanted to manifest last week and named it *THIS WEEK WISHLIST*,and everynight played this scene of me putting a ribbon emoji on my last wish. Everyday I did this for 2 days and I also affirmed and visualize and guess who astral projected🫡me.
I also made one of my online friend who is trying to enter void try this method and she also got results,so I'm quite confident about it.
*this is actually how i first shifted back in 2022, december 28th. intention method.
*wasn’t even to my dr 🤨
what is intention? an intention is an idea that you plan to carry out. if you mean something, it’s an intention.
ex. “i intend to wake up in my dr.” within this sentence there is a clear plan/goal that you want to occur.
in order for this intention to occur you have to act upon it.
analogy: you need to buy batteries for your remote because it’s stopped working and you cannot watch tv.
intention has been set.
you put your clothes, shoes, jacket on and head to your local shop and buy the packet of batteries
at this stage you have started acting upon your intention
you pop the batteries in the back of the remote, they’re now working and you can watch tv again!
your intention has been fulfilled.
now that you know how intentions work, let’s look at how you can use it with shifting.
SET AN INTENTION: “i will wake up in my desired reality.”
ACT UPON IT: get in your position and imagine yourself in your dr, who will you be with and where will you be, what will your day look like… use your 5 senses/detach and attach and loop until you fall asleep.
then that’s it, you’ve shifted.
personally i used this as an awake method, i was in sleep paralysis (detached which made it easier for my affirmations to be accepted) and said to myself i intend to shift and it worked!
the reason why it works is because when you are in the process of fullfilling the intention to shift, they become your dominant thoughts and those thoughts will reflect your reality.
they tend to be even more accepting when you’re in an altered state of consciousness, in my case it was SP.
it definitely does help to have belief within yourself, so that you’re not second guessing yourself as soon as you’re about to shift which may pull you back to your cr.
you can still shift with doubts but if you feel it’s a barrier in your shifting journey, then here are some ways you can wash away doubts.
robotic affirmations: i’ve heard that they’re a great way to instil new and positive beliefs.
sats method: i actually shifted with this method to my nct dr (was very short 😢) but it’s very efficient for manifesting.
and law of assumption, the best.

Found something useful while scrolling tiktok. Credits to the creator(High vibe baddie) . Living in the end to make manifesting easier.
so manifesting my desired appearance in full took roughly 2 weeks, also this post is pretty long bcuz im not gatekeeping anything, im giving u guys the full story, the full scoop on how i did it so here we go...
some things that i remember doing was, before going to bed i'd either read what my desired appearance looks like (i wrote a list bcuz me as a person, i LOVE writing things down) and i'd read that list before bed like it was fact.
or if i didn't have the list with me, when i was the state akin to sleep i'd talk to myself (ik it sounds weird but its natural for me so it worked) and i'd be like "ik for a fact that i am (fill in the blank)" or "ik for a fact that i have (fill in the blank)"
and i'd just say it to myself, or sometimes when i'd shower, for every part of my body that i'd wash (i separated it into sections) and for each section i'd talk about an aspect of my appearance as though it was from someone else's POV. for example, part of my desired appearance was a difference in hair texture so i'd say "omg honey's hair is SO long and glossy". like i'd talk thru someone else's pov ABOUT my appearance in either a tone of admiration, envy, or indifference.
even if i didn't see movement a couple times or got discouraged, i went back to what feels RIGHT and thats affirming for me.

another thing that rly helped me was visualization, i was living PURELY in my imagination, completely in my head. i was REAL delulu. i have a vision board on pinterest that was SO helpful for me.
when i saw things in the 3d that didn't please me i completely disregarded it, and when i tell u COMPLETELY, i completely dismissed anything that i didn't like, or that didn't sit right with me.
another little exercise that i liked to do was actually bcuz of a bad habit. so i have a RLY bad habit of checking the 3d but i used it to my advantage. my habit was that every morning the first thing i'd do is go and look in the mirror. when i manifested my desired appearance what i'd do, is i would go to the bathroom mirror and tell my subconscious what i see. so my logic behind this was that since the subconscious didn't have any eyes i could tell my subconscious that i had the head of a unicorn and it'd believe me 💀. so i would talk to my subconscious and tell it what i saw. "i see an angel skull" "i see rly rly long lashes" "i see waist-length hair" etc etc.
i went to the end and i BASKED in it. moral of this manifestation story :
persist regardless of what u experience with ur 5 senses
time is an illusion so forget about it
dont settle for less than what u seek
go straight to the end and bathe in it bcuz u can't try and be something that u already are
failure doesn't exist

Everything about manifesting
From a manifestation veteran
Your subconscious doesn’t have eyes; it only believes what you tell it.
Dominant thoughts create emotions which is why emotions do not matter when manifesting; only thoughts matter.
Repeating a thought or affirmation enough will imprint the subconscious. Imprinting the subconscious is not hard, and anything will manifest if you do not GIVE INTO WAVERING. If you waver, it’s not the end of the world; it's an opportunity to affirm more. Every time I have a negative thought abt my manifestation I repeat a positive one 4 times.
It is normal to have occasional negative thoughts, we are human, entertaining those thoughts is wavering. Such as making negative scenarios in your head, listening to sad music or just letting that negative thought spiral you into more negative thoughts. I allow myself to cry for 5 minutes however I get right back to affirming afterwards.
Doubting your manifestation is a sign that affirmations are working and you need to persist (it’s just a good mindset to adapt).
Changing your affirmations out of anxiety and worry, doesn’t help; pick 1-2 affirmations and stick with them (this can also just help you build up your belief in manifesting and yourself).
There is no magical affirmation; the simpler, the better.
Get off manifesting social media, trust me you are ready.
It doesn’t matter how other people manifested something, you are ultimately the creator and you decide whether a method works for you or not. You do not need to believe anything a popular manifestation guru tells you. This is your reality and you are the creator whether you like it or not.
You need to take responsibility for what you create, you are not the victim.

y’all have been loving my first post and it’s really encouraged me to come back. this time i have 11 tips for you! i would’ve really appreciated a post like this when i was a beginner so i’ve decided to make it for those who may also be starting with their journey. actually it doesn’t matter where you are on this road, this is supposed to help everybody, including master manifestors (yes, sometimes doubts cross our minds, we just know how to deal with them)!
there is a lot of repetition as there are some concepts i want to emphasize on. excuse any grammar errors. let’s get straight to it!
stop giving a fuck about the 3D. that is absolute (as in, don’t check it, don’t wait for anything from it, don’t let it get to you). just stop. i have a post over here that will really help you in doing so (and no, it isn’t me cursing at you while ordering you to stop. it’s me having a discussion with you and listening to your doubts while refuting them and i also back it up with scientific sources).
acknowledge that you already are a master manifestor. you’re already where you need to be. don’t let the illusion that is the 3D tell you otherwise!
if you see a piece of manifestation advice that rubs you the wrong way then simply act as if it’s false and doesn’t apply to your reality. you make the rules.
speaking of rules, make yourself some manifesting rules that dictate that manifesting is effortless and instant for you. don’t settle for less.
keep a success story list (and yes, you can put stuff that you’ve assumed that hasn’t appeared in the 3D since the 4D is the only reality) so that you can use it to reaffirm your belief in the law if you ever doubt it.
never seek approval from the 3D for ANYTHING. it is an ILLUSION. your 4D/mind/assumptions are the OBJECTIVE reality. this also applies to the state of waiting and wanting. why do you want to wait for the approval of an illusion? and what are you wanting when it’s already here?
the 3D is not your enemy and it is impossible for the 3D to reject your manifestation. the bitch is inanimate lmao. have you ever walked in front of a mirror and had it tell you “i’m not gonna reflect right now”? i’m sure the answer is no. the 3D works the same way. it EXISTS to reflect our assumptions. that’s its entire purpose. it is nothing but an illusory perception of our 4D. it actually obeys you down to a T. i was gonna say it’s your pet but pets are actually alive and autonomous, the 3D isn’t. the 3D just an inanimate illusion. your business is in the 4D. that’s where you live.
you don’t need a technique. to manifest, all you have to do is assume you have it or enter the state of having it. techniques simply exist to help you do so (that’s why we affirm/visualize/etc. that we have it) but you can do it directly. that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use them. do what feels most natural to you. do what is the most efficient when it comes to making you fulfilled (not what gives it to you fastest in the 3D. remember, it’s an illusion).
you shouldn’t care if the 3D will give it to you or not. the 3D is an illusion, remember? a simple way to get yourself to put your eyes on the 4D is saying something to the effect of “this 3D/physical world isn’t real/is an illusion, the 4D/mind is the only true reality, i live in the 4D and thus all my affairs are there and not in the 3D and this is what the 4D is saying: (insert manifestation)”. seriously, all your affairs are in the 4D. you’re 4 dimensional.
when doubts persist, reading rants and banging pots and pans might help sometimes but sometimes you just have to sit down with yourself and have an internal dialogue. you’re human (probably 🤔 just in case you’re manifesting otherwise as you read this, and yes it IS possible). hear what your doubts have to say in full (don’t buy it though) and debunk them calmly and civilly.
limits don’t exist. imagination is the only reality. if you can imagine it then it can happen unless you say it can’t.

all you need to do is just affirm in the present tense, and PERSIST. no matter what you see, or hear in the 3D, you need to persist. don't stop repeating to yourself that you ALREADY have what you want. there is no magical method. just affirm. what works the best for me is mindless robotic affirming. i don't wine or complain or think about anything else, i just stay completely focused and i keep repeating the same thing over and over again.
i'd get my manifestation in 1-2 days, a week at most. i've never had to wait longer than a week for my manifestations with robotic affirming. there's no need to "feel it real" or do "SATS" or take any action in the 3D. the 3D is a dead mirror. once you react to unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, all you do is reaffirm your old unfavorable beliefs, since your outer world is a reflection of your mind. remember that in order to see change in the 3D, you need to change your thoughts IMMEDIATELY. as soon as something unfavorable pops up, affirm the opposite. affirm every second that you possibly can. affirm whenever you don't need to focus on something and give it your full attention.

Robotic Affirming

Let’s talk Robotic Affirming! Robotic affirming is a manifestation method that works using repetition to replace assumptions and beliefs:

Understanding Robotic Affirming:
Robotic affirming works by mindlessly affirming all throughout the day. You do not need to feel it real or visualise, you are simply repeating a (preferably short) affirmation over and over to saturate your mind and replace previous dominant thoughts / assumptions you held.
Saturating your mind is how you create new beliefs. Whether you work with affirmations or states, you saturate your mind with the decision you are making to change.
Ways to robotically affirm:
1. Mindlessly affirming for set periods of time or at any moment that you do not need to be focusing on something (like work or school). Mindless / robotic just means you are repeating the affirmation without thinking about it or needing to feel emotion
2. 10 minute method/ Power affirming: set a timer for ten minutes in which you only repeat your affirmation(s) (1-2). Do not focus on anything else, just your affirmations.
3. SATS affirming: if you struggle with visualisation you can also robotically affirm yourself to sleep :) just repeat the affirmations over and over, don’t think too hard about it. I like to count and affirm “1 I am *affirmation*. 2. I am *affirmation*. 3. i am *affirmation*” and so on.
When working with robotic affirmations it is best to work with 1-2 max 3 affirmations at a time, as it is just easier to remember and repeat less affirmations. Over time (not a long time) you will find yourself automatically start to affirm when you are not doing anything/ randomly thinking of your affirmations! it makes affirming feel far more normal.
Tip: if you get distracted easily, or to make it fun, use a counter app and see how many times you can affirm in the 10 minutes (or longer!).
Persistence as with any manifestation is key. If you have thoughts that pop up that don’t align with your affirmations, do not just allow them to sit and complain in your head. Those thoughts are irrelevant to who you now are deciding to be. It takes discipline to create new assumptions - but not a long time (unless you continuously assume it does). If an unfavourable thought pops up, take a deep breath and remember, this does not align with you anymore. it is irrelevant.

my affirmation is: I have 5 thousand dollars in my bank account.
thought pops up: Man I am so broke.
Response: No, actually i know that i have five thousand dollars in my bank account so that thought is so irrelevant to me. *let the thought through and then move on! Do not let negative thoughts stress you out. you are doing everything right!*
Finding your strengths
not everyone will enjoy robotic affirming, they may find it tiring to affirm all the time and that’s fine. For me it is a simple and healthy habit that keeps my mind busy on positive saturation in time periods where typically negative thoughts may pop up!
For some visualisation and states may be tiring! So maybe this will suit you :)
Remember that it is not your affirmations that manifest, it is you. You are using the affirmations to change your subconscious beliefs - even if you don’t believe the affirmations, the repetition and saturation will train your mind - unless you spend all the time counter-affirming about “oh it is not working”, it is literally only not working because you are deciding it isn’t….
Also i really do not care if another content creator states “erm robotic affirming doesn’t work”, it may not have ‘worked’ for them but it has worked time and time again for others! As always, do not let one’s experience dictate what can and cannot work for you.

As a final note i want to remind you that manifestation is not a process it is a decision. You are not affirming to get something, you are affirming as a reminder to yourself of what is already yours. As you saturate your mind with this it becomes an undeniable fact to your mind and as such the 3D will reflect it.
