ITS BETTER TO ASK A QUESTION THAN BE IGNORANT FOREVER IF IM UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SOMETHING I'MMA JUST TELL YOU
since apparently it’s Valentine’s Day, system appreciation post!

Hello! Saw the ask a DID sys post and though we'd drop by. Personally we're curious- how do you cope with having so many beings in your system?
We're a collective of around 40-something at the moment, and we have reason to believe that our headcount will not stop growing, nor will it ever go down. This has caused some distress since we're not quite sure how that will work, and we already completely lack a clear roster of frequent fronters. We've been curious as to how others cope with "high" headcounts by most standards. (Although I recognize "cope" may not be the correct word, as it implies the high headcount to be a bad thing and not everyone would experience it as such.)
Hey! For us, we also have an unclear frequent fronter list and are frequently blurry. It was similar for us in a case where we would not stop discovering new members- and it still is that case for us. We try and cope with high headcounts by documenting activity from fronters whenever possible, along with adding various personal notes about them that may help us understand them better. We also try and establish their roles so we can better realize when they may be out- although it isn't always easy to find out, especially when a large number of them are unformed fragments. There's not exactly a way to 'cope', I'd say, but especially if there's a need for control, organizing and documenting them down definitely helps you feel more in control of your headcount numbers. Also to say, there's nothing wrong with having a high headcount. It's just a representation of how much your brain wanted and tried to protect you, no matter how much it took, even if its hard and stressful.
Friendly reminder that declaring your blog a "safe space for systems of all origins" makes your blog explicitly safe for trauma survivors, "weird labels" and indigenous people. Allow sheep and lambs, and you'll only end up with a fluffier flock than before.

“No Autistic person is a bad person!”
As a literally getting diagnosed, Autistic person, that’s fucking crazy to say seriously. Same with, ANY GROUP. And this was said and the way it talking about it, is in the mentality that any action they do is “ok” because they are autistic.
I NEED people to understand, actions are actions. Nothing is justified JUST because someone has a disability. Yes some are, like social cues, accidental insensitivity and difficulty handling emotions.
BUT That will ALWAYS be to an extend. If you are not ACTIVLY trying to change your behavior that you are AWARE is hurting others, autistic or not, hey, not fucking ok. I mean this in the way, you are aware you are hurting other people and you have NO remorse, and the other person has done NOTHING to deserve that.
If you are continually doing that, without making an effort. That’s not ok. This is more so applying to this mentality being used to justify PHYSICAL VIOLENCE or SEXUAL HARRASSMENT.
This is a factor of WHY there is some types of ableism. You are defending action with, by EXCUSING THEM.
Hate on me, I do not care. As an Autstic person this is BULLSHIT.
Nobody is automatically at birth resented from being a bad person.
thats it. THATS IT. WHY DO WE HAVE AN ELSA FICTI-
Traumagenic and endogenic headmates aren't enemies by the way. Sometimes they play Minecraft together. Sometimes they hold hands. Sometimes they kiss. Sometimes they cover work shifts or school for each other. Sometimes even within the same system. This goes for disordered and nondisordered systems too btw.
(they/them)disordered systemi don't care what you label yourself as, it's not my business. just keep the fucking discourse off this blog.
