Those are my personnal rules for how i deal with my โฌd so if it trigger you just block ๐ค
No processed food
Always zero sugar
Always low/zero fat
Vegetables and fruit every single day
Of course i never add sugar in my meals
No cheese exept mozzarella
Making my meals and limiting eating outside
Always low proportion
No dessert
No fast fooda
No snack on week-end and school vacation
I allow myself 1 snack on the afternoon only on school week for strenght
1000 cal max
1h sport per day
At least one 24h fast per week (since i live with my bf i can't fast much)
Not eating when my bf is not home
Not eating alone
Green tea every morning
2 liter water per day
10k steps per day
Skipping breakfast on week-end
I allow myself to binge only on my first day of period because it make my pain less painful
Small bite
Never taking the first bite
Never asking for food

Early in the morning, second day fasting. I am happy. I am not alone in that. I feel the warmth of doing it together, living it together. Being less, purging away all superficial, all unecessary. Being pure at the end. Feeling being loved and being able to love.
I agree, accept from diet coke. I believe that any artificial sweetener fucks the system up, which is not good. I don't think artificial sweets are dangerous generally, but giving a fasting body a sweet taste induced insuline activity and compromises the other good hormones. I keep to green tea as much as possible.

How to trick your parents/family you at3๐ฅ
First of all,Iโm not promoting any edโs, I am not responsible of anything that happens if this goes wrong. Prioritise your health,and if youโre not feeling well stop any moment. Always look after your body.
Think about your goal. Your parents love you,so they want you to be eating. Well,it doesnโt always work like that. Here are my tips on how to skip that one high c4l me4l..or more.
1. Ask for money to eat out.
Oldest trick in the book. You get closer to your gw,and make money out of it. One of my personal favourites. Letโs say you have to go somewhere in the morning,you skip breakfast telling your parent youโll pick something on your way.
Works: max twice a week,theyโll say that you have to eat real food and not just takeaway.
2. โI donโt like being watched while I eatโ
I love this one. Iโm actually pretty awkward when someoneโs eating with me. Tell the parent youโre closer with that you feel uncomfortable eating with others,so ask for permission to eat after everyone finishes. Then,you can eat a little,throw away some food,or whatever method you prefer.
Works: pretty much everyday,unless you are in a rush and need to eat with others. Doing this often makes it look more real.
3. Eating in your room
Isnโt this the most obvious one? Do whatever you want to that food if youโre alone. Make sure to bring the โemptyโ dishes to the kitchen,but not too quick.
Works: max once a week,most parents donโt like the idea of eating in the same room you sleep in
4. Prepare your meals yourself
You donโt have to know much about cooking to make yourself a delicious l0w c4l meal. You can even cook something that wonโt raise an eyebrow and then throw it away.
Works: not so often, maybe once in two weeks, you donโt wanna seem obsessed with food
5. Using time in your favour
Letโs say none of these worked. Youโre at dinner with your family. You pour yourself a big glass of water. You quickly chug it before starting to eat. You start by cutting every piece of food in small pieces, while talking to your family. As youโre about to put that fork in your mouth, you come up with a new subject. You close your mouth,but donโt take any bite. Use a napkin to throw your food in. Move the food in your plate to make it seem like you ate.
Works: not every time,but worths a shot. Make sure to e4t only when theyโre actually looking at you
6. Water bottle method
This one worked so great for me, itโs crazy how it works every time. Get a colored bottle,not the usual transparent one. Make sure the lid is big enough. Empty the bottle and hold it close to you. After every 2-3 bites, โdrinkโ some water. Spit the food inside the bottle. You can hold some of the food in your mouth then spit more out. Everyone fell for it.
Works: anytime, any meal, with anyone. One of my best tips
