36 hours without food now, running 10k every day. Feels good. My body disappears. Disturbing things: sleep is not good and I am freezing all the time (here is still winter). BMI 20.4 now.

My 4n4 rules 🍂
Those are my personnal rules for how i deal with my €d so if it trigger you just block 🖤
No processed food
Always zero sugar
Always low/zero fat
Vegetables and fruit every single day
Of course i never add sugar in my meals
No cheese exept mozzarella
Making my meals and limiting eating outside
Always low proportion
No dessert
No fast fooda
No snack on week-end and school vacation
I allow myself 1 snack on the afternoon only on school week for strenght
1000 cal max
1h sport per day
At least one 24h fast per week (since i live with my bf i can't fast much)
Not eating when my bf is not home
Not eating alone
Green tea every morning
2 liter water per day
10k steps per day
Skipping breakfast on week-end
I allow myself to binge only on my first day of period because it make my pain less painful
Small bite
Never taking the first bite
Never asking for food
Daily checking Tumblr for thinsp0

I am not accepting anymore that "3d" stands for a disorder. It is not a disorder for me. It is my personal way to growth, discipline and pureness. Therefore I will in future see "3d" as "eating dharma", a spiritual way to grow. Like so many enlighted humans have done in religion and spirituality
So how can I stop binging after a whole day of no eating
best anas would say just drink water, tough it out or even punish yourself and yeah i’m pr0@na but let's be real, if you can’t control your hunger after a fast, you’ll just end up binging because we’re not magical and a meanspø post it’s not gonna change that.
so i’d recommend eating something with protein, it keeps you full and gives you energy, if you break your fast with even just one bag of chips you’ll just end up more hungry and you will binge because that's how junk food works.
here are my two favorite recipes that are low cal & high in protein <3
don't forget to drink a lot of water! also don’t forget that this is a pro ⭐️vation blog so this is just for those times when you can't control your hunger and you feel a binge coming :)
if you don’t like them, you can just look up other options! just search 'low calorie high protein meals' on any app or website :)
