i swear to god i will never figure out how this fucking system works. what is this WHOLE ASS HIERARCHY, RULES, AND HYPER-SPECIFIC ROLES FOR and like everyone tells me the most JAW-DROPPING lore just OUT OF THE BLUE??? WHY??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM
Do u like cheese very important question
I LOVE CHEESE....................... CHEESE IS VERY GREAT AND YUMMY ADN BEST EVER -anon
- switches that feel like youâre turning into someone else rather than them taking control (non-possessive switching)
- being unable to recognize amnesia until something requires you to remember something you forgot
- staying in the front for weeks at a time
- being unable to communicate with alters internally (this is so common why does everyone act like this is weird?)
- feeling like you donât have any problems because you feel disconnected from them
- constant denial
- rapid identity, label, and appearance changes
- comorbidities, particularly personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and the schizophrenia spectrum
- autism (there is science pointing towards autistic people being more susceptible to trauma)
- disliking your system
- wanting final fusion
pov : you try and convince your headmates to rest at night because its a healthy thing to do. they proceed to look for one specific journal to read they just randomly remembered for more than an hour that had four pages in it done because âi wonât remember it tomorrowâ. the next day, you feel like shit
i forget that im diagnosed with things because they interfere with my daily life........ like what do you mean this isnt normal and i shouldnt be dealing with struggling through getting through daily chores and life in general because of this??? -blurry
Friendly reminder that declaring your blog a "safe space for systems of all origins" makes your blog explicitly safe for trauma survivors, "weird labels" and indigenous people. Allow sheep and lambs, and you'll only end up with a fluffier flock than before.
you know that feeling when you leave your Spotify playlist alone for a few weeks and suddenly you hate every song on there
What are some of your funniest memories from interacting with your headmates? - Entity
One of the funniest memories from interacting with my headmates would probably be that one time during therapy where some of us just started singing caramelldansen near front. We had to stop and compose ourselves for a moment as the current fronter was laughing their ass off, LOL. Thank you for the question!
the amount of censorship and ignorance regarding anything that isn't remotely 'normal' or seems 'realistic' to the average eye is absolutely disgusting and genuinely ableist. see someone who's visibly disabled? oh, no, you can never go up to them! come on! avoid them! they're too different from you. you would never be able to understand them. they would never be able to understand you. have a friend who has a stigmatized mental health condition? oh! they must be faking! nobody *actually* has that! it's too rare! we should stop being friends with them! they must be a monster! have someone tell you that you have an invisible disability? that doesn't exist! if i cant see it, then you don't have it! i know your body better than you do! prove you have your disability, then! and the funny thing is, these types of things are completely censored- viewed as 'wrong' or 'not something to be talked about'. when really, it's just an excuse to not talk about, spread awareness, or allow those who are troubled by these conditions to speak up. TALK ABOUT YOUR ILLNESS. TALK ABOUT YOUR DISABILITY. TALK ABOUT YOUR 'ABNORMALCY'. show the world that **you aren't weird or crazy or monstrous for not fitting the norm.**
real question . is it wrong to be overly dependent on headmates ? i mean i know thatâs. kind of the whole thing about did that itâs formed to survive when thereâs nothing else that can help you and stuff but . ?? i feel like a lot more . dependent ?? ig ? weâve never really had close relationships in Sys and so idk it kind of feels odd
I can't find the original post that inspire this but it doesn't mater if you view trauma as not bad enough to justify having a system

trauma is trauma, and trauma is valid
